CSide's data analytics have now been used to provide insight to the utility through a customer service portal.

This portal provides information on costumers and their energy consumption.

The application enables the Utility to have a higher level of insight, improving its customer service and reducing operational costs by enabling better customer segmentation, tariff design, and earlier interventions on customer service issues.

The portal is designed with the same user-centric approach as our web portals or mobile phone portals, and act as a "mirror" to them, ensuring that the same information is available in any conversation, or e-mail exchange.

The portal represents an additional customer touch point that utilities can use to create deeper relationships with their customers, encouraging loyalty and retention at a time of increasing competition, whilst at the same time satisfying the increased expectations from customers and regulators.

The portal is able to power sophisticated targeting tools to aid customer segmentation and tariff design, whilst allowing earlier interventions on issues such as 'bill shock'.
